NMDC Executive Trainee Recruitment Notice 2015 – NMDC invited the online applications from young, energetic, result oriented and promising talent in the country for filling the 250 post of “Executive Trainee (Technical) and Executive Trainee (Administration)” for NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) and for NMDC Limited.
NMDC Executive Trainee Recruitment Notification 2015 Details –
Name of the post – Executive Trainee (Technical) & (Administration)
No. of vacancies – 250 posts
Pay Scale & Stipend – The Executive Trainee will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 20,600/- per month plus Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern). On successful completion of training of one year, the Executive Trainee will be designated as Assistant Manager in the scale of pay of Rs. 20,600/- to Rs. 46,500/- and their Basic pay will be fixed at Rs. 21,860/-.

Qualification for Executive Trainee Technical vacancy in NMDC –
Degree in concerned Engineering branch with 60% marks. For Computer & Information Technology discipline, MCA with 60% marks in aggregate are also eligible.
Qualification for Executive Trainee (Personnel) in NMDC –
Graduation with 60% marks in aggregate with at least two years full time PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ IR OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ HR with 60% marks.
Qualification for Executive Trainee (Finance) in NMDC –
Graduation with 60% marks and CA (Final)/ ICWA (Final)
Qualification for Executive Trainee (Commercial) in NMDC –
Degree in Engineering/ Graduation with MBA or PG Diploma (two years diploma) in Marketing/ Foreign Trade/ Sales Management with 60% marks.
Qualification for Executive Trainee (Material Management) in NMDC –
Degree in Engineering OR Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with MBA or PG Diploma in Materials Management (Minimum two year duration) with 60% marks.
Qualification for Executive Trainee (Environment) in NMDC –
Degree in Civil/ Chemical/ Mining Engineering with 60% marks and PG Degree in Environment Management/ Engineering
OR
Master Degree in Environmental Science/ Geology/ Chemistry /Botany with 60% marks and PG Degree/ Diploma in Environmental Management (One year course) with 60% marks.
Age Limit – Not more than 27 years as on 24th March 2015.
Age Relaxation applicable for OBC/SC/ST/PWD/EX-SM candidates as per Government Rules.
Selection Procedure – Through written Test.
NMDC Executive Trainee Recruitment Exam 2015 Centers – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi & Raipur.
Salary – The Executive Trainee will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 20,600/- per month plus Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern). On successful completion of training of one year, the Executive Trainee will be designated as Assistant Managers in NMDC in the pay Scale of Rs. 20,600/- to Rs. 46,500/- + Allowances and their Basic pay will bed fixed at Rs. 21,860/- including two additional increments.

NMDC Limited, a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India and Multi locational, Multi product and consistently profit making Mining & Mineral Exploration Organization with more than Rs. 12,000 crore turnover is in the process of massive expansion and diversification activities both in India and abroad. The Company is having its iron ore mines located in Bailadila, Chhattisgarh, Bellary, Karnataka and Diamond Mining Project in Panna, Madhya Pradesh etc. The Company is also setting up an Integrated Steel Plant at Nagarnar near Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh State and a pelelt plant at Donimalai, Karnataka State. Qualification-
Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce etc.
Pass in Lower grade English shorthand and higher grade English type writing examination form Board of Technical Education.
Candidates should have minimum speed of 80 wpm in English shorthand and 40 wpm in English Typing and 30 wpm in Hindi Typing. Knowledge of Computer/Telex/Fax/Xerox and other office equipment operation is desirable.
