Cent Bank Home Finance Limited is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank. It was incorporated in the name of “Apna Ghar Vitta Nigam Limited” and subsequently its name was changed to “Cent Bank Home Finance Limited”. It commenced operation on 19th June 1991.
CBHFL is a subsidiary of Central Bank of India. The other share holders are –Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO), Unit Trust of India (UT) and National Housing Bank (NHB). The CRISIL credit rating of CBHFL Fixed Deposits Programme is FA/Stable.

Name of the post- Trainee Officer
Qualification- CA/ICWA/CS or Post Graduate
Experience- Trainee Officer can be allotted any work from a wide gamut of orgoing Housing Finance activities relating to Mortgage and Finance or any other.
Place of Posting- Delhi, Indore & Bhopal
Age Limit- Not more than 25 years.
Name of the post- Junior Officer
Qualification- CA/ICWA/CS or Post Graduate
Experience- Candidates should possess experience of 5 to 7 years in a reputed financial organization, Candidate having Housing Fiance and HR related experience will be preferred.
Age Limit- Not more than 33 years.
Name of the post- Assistant Manager
Qualification- CA/ICWA/CS or Graduate
Experience- Candidate should possess experience of 7 to 10 years in a reputed NBFC/HFC/Banks having experience in legal and collections will be an added advantage. Candidates having Housing Fiance and HR related experience will be preferred.
Age Limit- Not more than 35 years.
Name of the post- Manager/ Senior Manager
Qualification- CA/ICWA/CS or Graduate
Experience- Candidate should possess experience of 10 years in a reputed NBFC/HFC/Banks having experience in legal and collections will be an added advantage. Candidates having Housing Fiance and HR related experience will be preferred.
Age Limit- Not more than 45 years.
